Why Service ?
The image of a boiler that I attended last year, the client called me out as it stopped working !!!!
This level of corrosion and damage was caused by the condensate tubes becoming blocked, eventually allowing condensate water to leak back down through the baffles.
A simple yearly service would prevent this from occurring, and lessen the cost too.
We clean all the condensate turbulators, making sure that the condensate runs from the boiler to a suitable drain.
- Don't wait until it stops working as this often involves having to replace expensive parts and longer labour cost.....

Called out to a commercial property who had no heating.
Fairly obvious as to the reason, their flue had collapsed as it wasn't secured correctly.
I refitted the flue, sealed the joints and secured it firmly in place.

Client had no heating since the big storm and this is how we found the pump.
Water from the storm had penetrated the outer cover of the boiler, and due to the broken connector, the pump tripped out.
We replaced the pump, ensuring a watertight seal for the electrics, and heating working well.

Damaged and collapsed boiler baffles can reduce the efficiency of the boiler, and very often leads to damage occuring.
It is important to check the baffles on older boilers at least once a year to prevent damage.
Replacing them is not that expensive !!
Protect Your System - Magnaclean

What Is A MagnaClean?
The product is a magnetic filter that is designed to fit onto almost any boiler's pipework, clearing out debris and sludge before it can build up and block the system or leak into the water supply.
Like any filter, MagnaClean stops you from having to flush the systems constantly every time they clog up with rust.
Unlike most products designed to clean out central heating systems, MagnaClean filter technology is supposed to be very easy to understand even before they are set up.

The installation process is meant to be simple, and once installed and fitted, the filter/magnet design will start to catch rust and sludge as it passes through the pipe while still letting pure water through.
In a way, it is a more advanced filter that is easier to fit onto the pipes. It does not stop water from getting to your radiator and does not reduce the output of your new boiler but will get sludge, rust, debris, and other blocking objects out of the way.
Once all of this debris is gone, the remaining water is free to move around the central heating system unimpeded.
Simple to Fit - Simple to Clean - Simply simple..........
